These Terms govern your use of Sevrii, a platform operated by Moengli LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States ("Sevrii", "we", "us"). Please read them carefully: by creating an account or using Sevrii, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Sevrii
To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Sevrii is built for service professionals and businesses in the United States who use it for business purposes.
If you use Sevrii on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. What Sevrii is
Sevrii is software that helps service businesses sell better with artificial intelligence. Depending on your plan, it includes:
- Brain: an AI interview and local market research that builds a plan for your business.
- Store: an AI editor to create the sales page for your service.
- Marketing: a strategy and ready-made campaigns, with instructions for you to launch them on ad platforms.
- Payments: payment links to charge your clients by card, through Stripe.
- Marketplace: the directory on sevrii.com where published pages appear.
- Agents: AI agents a business creates to serve customers and deliver its service in its page chat, and to charge for their use.
- Affiliates: a program for other people to recommend services and earn a commission (section 6).
Sevrii is a technology tool. We do not provide the services offered on the platform, we are not the employer, partner or agent of the professionals, and we are not a party to agreements between a professional and their customers.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity in your account. If you think someone accessed your account without permission, tell us right away.
4. Plans, payments and cancellation
- Free ($0): includes the Brain and your page as a draft, with AI usage limits. It does not allow publishing.
- Starter ($29 per month, or $288 per year, equal to $24 per month): lets you publish your page on sevrii.com and use Marketing, with higher usage limits.
- Plans marked "Coming soon" (such as Pro and Team) are not for sale yet. Joining the waitlist does not commit you to anything, and does not commit us to launching them on a specific date or at a specific price.
Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; Sevrii never sees or stores your full card number.
Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the Plan section of your account. You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for; after that your account moves to the Free plan and your page is no longer published.
Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, including partially used periods. If you think we charged you by mistake, write to us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.
Failed payments. If a charge fails, we will ask you to update your card. If it is not resolved, we may move your account to the Free plan.
Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price will apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not agree.
Usage limits. Each plan has monthly limits on AI messages, research runs and AI spend. They keep the service sustainable and may be adjusted with notice.
5. Payments: charging your clients
Payments lets you charge your clients with payment links, on every plan. To use it you must create a Stripe account in your name or your business's name from Sevrii. By turning it on you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement. Stripe may ask for information to verify your identity and business, and decides whether to approve your account.
The money you collect goes directly to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank on its payout schedule. Sevrii does not hold that money and never sees your clients' card details.
Fee. About 5% of the amount is deducted in total from each payment. That 5% includes Stripe's processing fee (for US cards, 2.9% + 30¢) and Sevrii's fee, which is the difference between that 5% and Stripe's fee, never below $0. On small payments Stripe's fee can be higher than 5%; in that case Sevrii charges nothing. International cards, currency conversion or instant payouts may carry additional Stripe fees. If we change this fee we will give you at least 30 days' notice. If you open your service to affiliates, the affiliate commission you chose is also deducted from the sales they bring (section 6).
On every charge, you are the seller: you are responsible for the services you charge for, your prices, the refunds you give, disputes or chargebacks, and the taxes that apply to you. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your Stripe account. If you refund a payment, Sevrii's fee is not returned unless the law requires it.
You may not use Payments for activities prohibited by Stripe or by law. We may turn off your payment links if they are misused.
6. Affiliate program
The affiliate program lets a business open its service so other people can recommend it with their own link and earn a commission on the sales they bring.
Who can be an affiliate. Anyone 18 or older with a Sevrii account. Affiliates act on their own, as independent contractors: they are not employees, agents, partners or representatives of Sevrii or of the business they recommend, and they cannot make promises or sign agreements on their behalf.
For businesses. You can open your service to affiliates if your page is published and Payments is active. You choose the commission, from 5% to 50% of the amount the customer pays. The commission is deducted automatically from each payment attributed to an affiliate, together with the Payments fee (section 5), and Sevrii delivers it to the affiliate. You can change the percentage or close the program at any time; changes apply to new sales. For monthly access sold by an affiliate, the commission you agreed to keeps being deducted on each renewal while the customer keeps paying. You remain the seller and are responsible for your service, your customers and your refunds.
Which sales count. Only payments made through Sevrii (payment links and AI agent access) by a customer who arrived through the affiliate's link within the 30 days before the payment. The visit is stored in the customer's browser; if they come through several affiliates' links, the last one counts. Payments made outside Sevrii, purchases by the affiliate or their own business, and sales involving false data or fraud do not count. If the customer clears their cookies or pays from another device, the sale may not be attributed; Sevrii's records govern, except for an obvious error.
When and how it is paid. Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment. If during that time the payment is refunded or disputed, the commission is voided. After that, Sevrii transfers it to the affiliate's Stripe account, and Stripe deposits it in their bank. To get paid, the affiliate must create that account from Sevrii, accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and provide the information Stripe requests, including tax information. Until they connect it, their commissions are kept; if they do not connect it within 12 months, we may treat them as forfeited. If a payment is refunded or disputed after the commission was paid, we may deduct it from future commissions.
Taxes. Each affiliate is responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their commissions. Stripe may request tax information and issue the forms the law requires (for example, Form 1099).
Rules for affiliates. You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission when you recommend a service, as the FTC guides require. You may not: make false claims or promise results the business does not promise; post fake reviews or testimonials; send spam by email, text message or social media, or contact people without their consent; impersonate the business or Sevrii; use the business's brand in paid ads without its permission; generate fake visits, clicks or purchases; or buy through your own link.
Data. The business sees each affiliate's code and their sales, not their email. The affiliate sees their visits, sales and commissions, not the customers' data.
Breaches and changes. We may hold or void commissions, remove services from the program and suspend affiliates who break these rules or who we see at risk of fraud. We may change or end the program with at least 30 days' notice; commissions legitimately earned before an end are paid under these rules.
7. Publishing and the marketplace
When you publish your page (requires a paid plan), the information on it becomes public at a sevrii.com address and appears in the marketplace. This can include your business name, services and prices, area, phone, WhatsApp, hours, license number, photos and links. Review carefully what you publish.
Sevrii automatically assigns your page's marketplace category. If your plan ends or you unpublish, your page is no longer public. We may hide or remove pages that violate these Terms or that are reported for a valid reason.
8. Your content
What you upload or write (text, photos, logo, services and prices) remains yours. To provide the service, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, reformat and display that content in Sevrii, and to show your published page on sevrii.com and in Sevrii promotional materials. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backup copies that are deleted in the normal course.
You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload and that the information you publish is true, including licenses, insurance, years of experience and reviews.
9. Artificial intelligence
Sevrii uses artificial intelligence to generate plans, research, text, pages and campaigns. AI can make mistakes or give outdated information. What it generates is guidance and is not legal, tax, financial or insurance advice; for example, always confirm licensing requirements with your state authority.
You decide what you publish and which campaigns you launch, and you are responsible for them. Sevrii does not run ads for you or spend your money: you pay ad spend directly to platforms such as Meta or Google. We do not guarantee sales, customers or results.
10. Professionals' responsibilities
- Comply with the laws that apply to your service, including licenses, permits, insurance and taxes.
- Honor the prices and terms you publish, and serve your customers professionally.
- Follow the rules of ad platforms and consumer protection and advertising laws.
- Handle your customers' data with care.
11. If you hire a service through the marketplace
The agreement, payment and work are directly between you and the professional. If you pay through a Sevrii payment link, Stripe processes the payment on behalf of the professional, and refunds and claims are handled directly with them. Sevrii does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the services, and does not verify each professional unless stated otherwise. Check licenses and reviews before hiring. If something on a page looks false or dangerous, use the report option.
12. Prohibited uses
- Offering illegal services, or regulated services without the required license.
- Publishing false or misleading information, fake reviews or photos that are not yours.
- Impersonating another person or business.
- Sending spam, harassing others or posting offensive, discriminatory or sexual content.
- Copying Sevrii, scraping data, reverse engineering or getting around usage limits.
- Using Sevrii's AI for purposes unrelated to your service business or in ways that overload the system.
13. Sevrii Robotics and future features
Sevrii Robotics and any feature marked "Vision", "Concept" or "Coming soon" describe future ideas. They are not available products or an offer for sale, and we do not promise they will exist in any particular form, date or price. Robot images and videos are concepts.
14. Sevrii's property
Sevrii's software, design, brand, logo and content (other than your content) belong to Moengli LLC. You may not use them without our written permission.
15. Third-party services
Sevrii relies on services from other companies, such as Stripe (payments), Anthropic (artificial intelligence), Vercel and Neon (hosting and database), and links to Meta, Google and WhatsApp. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
16. No warranties
Sevrii is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Moengli LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, customers or data. Our total liability for any claim related to Sevrii will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Moengli LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, the services you offer, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
19. Suspension and account closure
You can stop using Sevrii at any time and delete your account from My account in your dashboard, or ask us to delete it by writing to our contact email. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, put other users at risk, or where needed to comply with the law, with notice when reasonable.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law of your state gives you the right to another venue. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or within Sevrii before it takes effect. If you keep using Sevrii afterwards, you accept the new version.
These Terms are available in Spanish and English. If there are differences between the two versions, the English version prevails.
