By accessing or using the Sevrii platform (the "Service"), whether as a client looking to hire a service or as a provider offering one, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
Sevrii is a digital platform that connects clients with independent, verified service providers. Sevrii acts solely as a technology intermediary: it does not directly provide the services listed on the platform, and it is not an employer, partner, or legal representative of the providers.
Each provider is responsible for the quality, legality, safety, and regulatory compliance of the service they offer, including any license, permit, or regulation applicable to their industry (for example, financial services, moving services, or other regulated services).
To offer services through Sevrii, you must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during the verification process. Sevrii reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any provider from the platform at its sole discretion, even after verification.
Clients are responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to hire a provider listed on Sevrii. Sevrii facilitates discovery and contact between the parties, but the final contractual relationship (including payments, deliverables, and service conditions) is established directly between the client and the provider.
For providers who join the Sevrii ecosystem, the platform produces advertising content (videos, images), manages ad campaigns on networks such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and maintains a page within Sevrii on the provider's behalf.

Advertising content (videos, images, text) produced by Sevrii for a provider remains the property of Sevrii for the duration of the business relationship, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The provider retains rights to their brand, logo, and any content they supplied directly.
It is prohibited to use Sevrii to post false information, impersonate identities, offer illegal services, or attempt to evade payments to the platform through side agreements with clients referred by Sevrii.
Sevrii does not guarantee specific results from the use of the platform or the advertising campaigns it manages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevrii will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from the relationship between clients and providers.
Sevrii may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Sevrii may suspend or terminate access for any user or provider who violates these terms, without prior notice, especially in cases of fraud, illegal conduct, or damage to the platform's reputation.
